DuraMac ZQC500 Wheeled Vehicle Transfer Case
The ZQC500 is a high-performance transfer case designed for heavy-duty wheeled equipment, ideal for engineering and special vehicles operating under extreme conditions. It delivers a maximum input torque of 5000Nm and a maximum input speed of 3500rpm, with a center distance of 310mm between input and output shafts.
This unit features two speed ratios: 0.91 for on-road high-speed travel and 2.08 for off-road low-speed heavy-load operation, with 3-pneumatic shifting for reliable gear changes. It offers front axle output via pneumatic operation with an indication switch, and a torque proportion of 1:1 or 1.2:1 for front/rear axle distribution.
With a pneumatic operating pressure of 6.5–8 bar, a lubricant oil capacity of 4L, and a total weight of 142kg, the ZQC500 ensures efficient power transmission and durability. Optional N200/N400 PTOs or full-power PTOs, plus external lubricant coolers, are available. Input flanges include DIN150, DIN165, T150, and T165 for broad compatibility.
