DuraMac ZQC2800 Wheeled Vehicle Transfer Case

The ZQC2800 is a heavy-duty transfer case designed for wheeled vehicles, engineered to handle the most demanding operating conditions. It delivers a maximum input torque of 32000Nm and a maximum input speed of 2800rpm, with an input-output center distance of 400mm, ensuring reliable and efficient power transmission.
This unit offers flexible speed ratios: 1.11 for on-road high gear and 2.37 or 1.47 for off-road low gear, selectable via 3-pneumatic shifting. It features front axle output with an indication switch and an inter-axle differential with selectable torque ratio proportions of 1:2.13 or 1:3, optimizing traction and stability across diverse terrains.
With an operating air pressure of 6.5–10 bar, a lubricant oil capacity of 11L, and a total weight of 498kg, it balances robust durability and operational efficiency. An external lubricant oil cooler can be connected as an optional unit, and the input flange is available in T180 (ISO8667) specification.
