DuraMac ZQC1200 Wheeled Vehicle Transfer Case
The ZQC1200 is a heavy-duty transfer case engineered for wheeled vehicles, delivering robust performance under demanding conditions. It boasts a maximum input torque of 12000Nm and a maximum input speed of 3000rpm, with a center distance of 235mm between input and output, ensuring reliable power transmission.
This unit offers flexible speed ratios: 1 for on-road high gear and 1.75 or 1.285 for off-road low gear, selectable via 3-pneumatic or 3-mechanical shifting. It features front axle output with an indication switch and an inter-axle differential with a torque ratio proportion of 1:2.39, enhancing traction and stability across diverse terrains.
With an operating air pressure of 6.5–10 bar, a lubricant oil capacity of 3.5L, and a total weight of 230kg, it balances durability and efficiency. Optional units include N200, N400, or full power PTOs, and input flanges are available in DIN165, DIN180, T165, and T180 specifications.
