DuraMac ZQC1600 Wheeled Vehicle Transfer Case
The ZQC1600 is a heavy-duty transfer case designed for wheeled vehicles, engineered to deliver reliable performance in demanding operating environments. It boasts a maximum input torque of 18000Nm and a maximum input speed of 2800rpm, with a center distance of 300mm between input and output, ensuring efficient power transmission.
This unit offers flexible speed ratios: 0.89 for on-road high gear and 1.536 for off-road low gear, selectable via 3-pneumatic or 3-mechanical shifting. It features front axle output with an indication switch and an inter-axle differential with selectable torque ratio proportions of 1:1, 1:2.214, 1:2.696, or 1:3, optimizing traction and stability across diverse terrains.
With an operating air pressure of 6.5–10 bar, a lubricant oil capacity of 8.4L, and a total weight of 350kg, it balances robust durability and operational efficiency. Optional units include an N200 PTO or ZF8605 oil pump connection device, and input flanges are available in DIN180, T180 (ISO8667) specifications.
