Pump Drives

The pump drive is a specialized power distribution device designed for
hydraulic pump drives in construction machinery. Classified by output channels, it includes one-to-two, one-to-three, and one-to-four series, covering multiple models such as ZQC4222-ZQC4249. It features a maximum input power of 900 kW, a maximum input torque of 4800 Nm, and a rated input speed of 1800 rpm-2500 rpm. with gear ratios available in multiple specifications including 0.5283 to 1.526. Its core function is to distribute power to multiple hydraulic pumps, providing stable power to the hydraulic systems of construction machinery such as cranes and pavers. It supports a maximum single-pump power of 210 kW and torque of 460 Nm, meeting the simultaneous operation requirements of multiple hydraulic actuators.
